Either this Israel-apartheid state comparison is getting more and more prevalent, or (more likely) I wasn't paying enough attention before. To be honest, I don't feel like I know enough to comment on it, beyond my initial reaction of "that seems a tad extreme, doesn't it?" I know the Israeli left sometimes refers to things Israel does as close to war crimes. I'm sure the right takes the opposite extreme.

In any case, the relations between Israel and South Africa are interesting. I don't know nearly as much as I should.
